I disagree with ctulhu, to me this ep is full of what we expect from a Fischkopf release: hard kicks, fat beats, speed, noise, insanity. This ep has it all, though it sounds even friendlier than what Taciturne did afterthat. Just listen to Mo Punk rmx or Evil dead...Everything's just devastating the dancefloor! Fischkopf rules and Taciturne was its king.
In 1999 50% Of The Dreamteam made a remix of Taciturne's "Der Toten" which they called "Open Sesame! (Theme From Hell)". Both tracks have the same tune from the Hellraiser movies and similar basskick-line. The Dreamteam version is a rip off but a good one, still I think Taciturne's version is the best.

50% of The Dreamteam made not a Remix of Der Toten. The Hellraiser tune is by Open Sesame longer than Der Toten.
Awful record. Close to straight forward speedgabber throughout, completely devoid of the slightest imagination, and the icing on the cake are the ridiculous samples. "Boys Don't Cry RMX" is a cover of the famous The Cure song, passable... for a laugh. "Der Toten" is excellent, fortunately. Aggrorganic kickdrum coupled to the synth line from the Hellraiser theme, which makes it properly ghastly. Still very overrated, as often happens with releases from artists who have died.
Especially artists who fake their own deaths and create their own memorial websites and post-mortem soundtracks, eh? Taciturne, over all, forever.
This record is real masterpiece .the track with the hellraiser sample from the movie is its time ahead. No comments about this record. This is a floorfiller of the first class.A timeless real classic with a real deep bass .Everyone is going insane when hearing this record.
i agree with chainsaw, every track is pure quality(or to me they are)immortalized on a dj eric l and dj sly mix, still one of my favorite mixes ever.(even though taciturne is one fucked up individual)
