The excellent reprocessed by the renowned sound engineer Mark Obert-Thorn, responsible for most of the historical series of Naxos label ( as indicated in a note production in the booklet), is from two German editions in LP, using two editions American assistants to "patch" some sections. No builds on the original master, as is the case of successive official edition of EMI. This, in principle, not only is not an impediment, but fifty years later is an advantage: the sound quality of analog master magnetic tape depends closely on the conditions of the storage, also taking into account that the magnetization support deteriorates over time. A good reprocessed from a set of LPs in good condition can surpass what can be done with the old original analog master.
